YOUTH REPORT
2006-2007

The past year for both Sunday School and Youth Group has been good but the numbers have declined. The number of the children on the Sunday School register at present is 20. However the number that are attending is between 5 and 9 but some of the older children from Youth Group still like to attend Sunday school. The number of children on the Youth Group register is 28 and the average number that attends is between 7 and 11.

Almost all the activities that were planned were carried out. Trips included ice skating in Bayswater and at Somerset House, and Thorpe Park, and there was the Christmas Nativity Play.

The congregation contributed £12 for the Christmas appeal, the PCC £80 and some gifts, and other donations totalled £25.

As always, we the youth leaders would like to thank the PCC, Fr David, and Fr Roland, Parents, Children and the congregation for your continued support, care and nurture of the children in our church.

To continue to meet the needs of the children more funding would be an advantage to enhance their attendance and increase their motivation in the future. We will also continue our fundraising effects.
