LENT, HOLY WEEK AND EASTER 2010

LENT

Lent is the Anglo-Saxon name for Spring. It is a time for cleaning, refreshing and emerging from hibernation. As Christians, we value the opportunity to make a fresh start. Our keeping of Lent enables us to spring-clean our lives, to freshen up our faith and our life and to experience the newness of Christ's risen life at Easter.

We extend a very warm welcome to you to join us in discovering the freshness and vitality that faith gives to our lives.
